Liquid Blending: Generations provides cold process liquid blending services as a stand alone service or as part of the customer's overall project needs. We utilize two specialized vortex vessels with 1000 imp. Gal. (4540L) capacity per blend. All ingredients are added by volume (liquid) or by weight if the project calls for dispersion of solids into a liquid medium. This process is for projects which do not require pasteurization as a means of microbial control. No project is too small as we incorporate a smaller 30L mixing vessel for smaller test run or small packaging projects. This service is designed for nutritional herbal beverages, multivitamin and mineral beverages, specialized drinks, water and glycerine based or alcohol based tinctures, or dispersions. Generations Packaging also mixes and blends aromatherapy essential oils and massage oils for topical applications utilizing food grade or higher quality oils.
