Encapsulation Services: (click on any photo for a full view)  Generations Packaging and Distribution Inc. provides two piece hard gelatin, or vegetable encapsulation services. We provide sizes 1, 0, 00 with a fill weight range of 250mg - 1200mg. With an hourly rate of 27000 caps/hr (size 00), 36000 caps/hr (size 0), and 40500 caps/hr (size 1) respectively: we have the capacity to fill the largest capsule runs, with the versatility to run small pilot runs as well. Our capsule providers have a wide assortment of solid, and two color options, capsule printing is available as well, although minimums due apply.

All capsules undergo scrutinizing inspections. We polish all of the capsules we produce, through our high speed 400,000 cap/hr polisher, and our capsules undergo metal detection as well.
Capsules undergo weight verification throughout the encapsulation process to ensure machine calibration is in order, and we maintain proper weight tolerance levels at all times. Matched with our project blending protocols this ensures what the customer has ordered to be in the capsule is actually in the capsule. |
